Most of the releases provide one of the following addresses: Box 113 or 109 E. Main Street, Oblong Illinois.  The Pinky Pinkston release also lists 2532 N. Burling Street, Chicago, Illinois.  The PO Box 113, Oblong, Illinois address was previously used on a Johnny Zander 45 released on Atom (a division of Thunderbird Recording Co).
